We engaged Karen from Seachange Interiors to assist with renovating our long term rental property to prepare it be sold. We wanted a paint schedule as well advice on flooring and lighting.
She was very professional and took the time to sit down with us and find out what our needs were and our budget.
We didn’t want to have to redo the kitchen so needed to find a paint colour to work in well with the existing cabinetry as well as the rest of the house. Karen was able to give expert guidance on the best colour to do that as well as suitable options for lighting and flooring.
The end result was that we sold the house quickly and for a great price too.
